The excursion

Departure at 8:00 AM from Ambatoloaka beach by speedboat. We head out to the open sea to watch the marine wildlife off the coast of Nosy Be, in one of the Indian Ocean's finest playgrounds for the giants of the sea.

Humpback whales frequent these waters from July to November, throughout the breeding season. The whale shark — the largest fish in the world and entirely harmless — can be seen from October to December, sometimes as early as the end of September. A seasonal excursion to enjoy at the right time of year.
